28 August: recipients will be announced - There are four grants writers can apply for:
Three Open Research Grants of $5,000 each
One Stout Research Centre Grant of $5,000 – this grant includes a six-week residential fellowship at the Stout Research Centre (SRC) at Victoria University of Wellington, to be taken during October and November 2015 - The Selection Panel will favour projects of national or significant local interest or that add significantly to the field or genre on the subject
- To be eligible, you must be a New Zealand citizen or have New Zealand Permanent Residence, and be a writer of proven merit
- Applications will be judged by an independent panel of three people from the NZ literary sector
