Our shared office space is located in the heart of Takapuna and the role offers flexible working with up to four days WFH, with one day in the office.

About the role...

Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is great opportunity for a customer focussed marketer, who is looking for amazing WFH flexibility to join the close-knit team. Please note: the official title is “Communications, Customer Engagement and Brand Manager.

This unique sole marketer opportunity is tasked to manage a variety of brand and marketing communications, as well as customer engagement through CRM programme ZOHO, all with the support of an agency, ensuring communications effectiveness and ROI.

A level of CRM experience is essential for success in this role, as a key part involves developing and implementing the customer engagement strategy through Zoho. The role will manage the brand and brand refresh to ensure that stakeholder perception is aligned with the purpose, vision, and values of the organisation.

A little bit about you...

You will be a proven marketing professional ideally from the services sector, with an understanding of how to market intangible products. You may have a passion for the creative industries such as supporting authors, publishers, and artists, and an interest in supporting users such as educators, students, and businesses. A big part of this role is relationship management, so this will be an aspect of the role you really enjoy.

Experience managing brand marketing, customer engagement through CRM, and digital marketing (both CMS and social to name a few), and most importantly putting the customer at the heart of all communications. You'll be comfortable as the sole marketer, working closely with the team to deliver awesome outcomes.

You will have excellent communication, project management and relationship management skills, working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders and external agencies and partners to get things done on time, on budget and in line with the overall strategy and objectives. The partnership with both creative and larger organisation/association stakeholders is key so you will have the ability to lead key relationships ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all.
