Customer Service Coordinator

Let’s get the obvious question out of the way first – you don’t need to be a copyright expert to apply! While our business is rights-based, this role is all about customers (you’ll absorb the copyright knowledge as you go).
Our services are driven by technology and you’ll need to not only be a whizz at using a variety of systems, but also great at identifying opportunities to improve how we do things for the benefit of both customers and the company. We use Zoho CRM and if you’ve had experience with this software or other CRM systems, that would be a plus. We’re in the final stages of a big piece of work on customer segmentation and getting ready to launch new, online services.
Managing rights in the digital world involves data, data and more data and your attention to detail and level of accuracy must be second-to-none. You’ll be cool under pressure, great at both written and verbal communications, and be thinking about the big picture while focussing on the detail.
This is a new position with a total focus on providing our customers with a level of service that makes their interactions with us 100% positive. Our shared office space is located in the centre of Takapuna and your 25 hours with us each week can be split between the office and wherever else you’re at your most productive.
